    Are runners an unusual sight in Japan?

    • @vmokry
      @vmokry 7 дней назад

      You can see runners anywhere, but usually on routes that have fewer interruptions, such as running beside train tracks or along channels and rivers. This is especially common in the evening when the sun and heat are gone. (Japan does not have daylight saving time, so in the summer, the sun rises at around 4:30 AM.)

      Laptops of all price points handle Photoshop easily. What matters is the pen tablet (with or without display). I would go with Huion as it is more affordable than Wacom. Or the cheapest (second-hand) iPad with an Apple pencil - if you travel often and don't need Blender.

    Hello. Thank you very much for your videos. They are precious to me because they come from someone who has been in the school. I applied to the Portfolio Review for the Concept Art Diploma and I have gotten an interview. Sincerely, I am nervous about that. It was hard to get one, and I hope to do it well. Anyway, although I don’t know if I will be accepted finally after the meeting, I am thinking what I should do if I have the opportunity to study there. Despite the pandemic, I would like to ask you if you consider the experience worth. I mean, it’s a huge amount of money, and I would spend the whole savings of my life if I do the program. I don’t want to realize in the future that all my effort were for nothing. I am full of doubts about living in Montreal, learning, relationships, networking, how difficult is to find job after finish... Syn Studio looks amazing and exciting, but I would like to be realistic beyond my dreams. I hope you read my comment because I am assessing all the possibilities. Thanks again.

      Hi Daniel. As I said in my newer video, finishing school is no guarantee of getting a job. It all depends on how hard you work during the studies, what type of art you want to do, and the luck. I have seen mediocre artists with connections getting jobs and awesome artists being rejected for absurd reasons. Don't forget that concept art is a highly saturated market. On a positive note, perseverance is the key, and with an excellent portfolio getting the job is just a question of time.

      Aaron SP Not to follow the mainstream and the current movement in art galleries and media. Good education can give you a bit of support and professional direction..and that's it.If there s no talent, or a creative mind, success is limited. Contacts are important if you want to see your artwork displayed and viewed. Unfortunately, art has been industrialized and is like any other business. Any crap of the world with a statement next to it is considered conceptual art. Impressive conceptual art was in the 60s and first half of the 70s. After that, it became part of the establishing system. So, where's the new?
